SHIPPING
Natural Envy ships Australia wide only.

Shipping costs on purchases via Regular Parcel Post with a flat rate of $10 Or Express Parcel Post for $14.
Free shipping on all orders over $100.
Local pick-up from spa is available. When you have completed your purchase and we have packed it, we will contact you to arrange a time to pick-up your order, as the spa door is not always open due to treatments.

All purchases will be provided with a tracking number.

Orders will be shipped out within 24-48 hours of purchase, except Saturday and Sunday.
Regular Post can take 2-5 working days, regional towns WA, NT, QLD may take longer.
Express Post offers next business day within Australia this is generally Metro Areas, all regional areas may take longer.

If a product that you have purchased is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible as, this may affect your shipping time depending on the option you choose after us contacting you.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
Your order maybe left at your premises if no-one is home. Natural Envy will take no responsibility for loss or damage. You agree by purchasing, that your order will be left at your premises even if you are not home.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY
Your order may require a signature upon delivery depending on the type of postage.

RETURN POLICY
Natural envy will happily exchange or refund any product that proves to be faulty or detrimental to your skin. If you do have a history of sensitive skin please do a small patch test on the inside of your wrist for 2-3 days prior to using. Everyone has a different skin chemistry so we cannot guarantee that customers will not experience any skin reactions, and Natural Envy cannot be held accountable if any reaction should occur.
Contact us immediately within 7 days of purchase with images of proof and the product will need to be returned.

Please choose your products carefully as natural envy’s return policy does not cover change of mind.

Natural envy takes extra care with packaging your order, however we are not responsible for any items damaged through shipping. Please contact us if your parcel is damaged by providing images of your parcel and the goods inside. We will do our best to assist with a replacement.

Natural envy will reimburse shipping costs of any faulty items once the product is returned and approved by our team.
